Property Services guarantees customer satisfaction in all work produced. This guarantee includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• All power equipment and hand tools shall be kept in safe operating condition at all times. Blades will be sharp and properly adjusted, and all equipment will be operated by trained and competent personnel.
  
• All materials (lime, fertilizer, seed, etc.) shall be as recommended and/or approved by the client as to chemical analysis, grade, type and method and time of application.
  
• Property Services personnel shall maintain a professional appearance and perform required operations with a minimum of disturbance to the client and the public.
  
• The grounds shall be kept neat and clean by removing minor amounts of debris each time Property Services personnel work on the premises. Debris from grounds maintenance operations shall be removed at the end of each workday.
  
• Property Services shall monitor all plants and report any pest infestations, disease, soil erosion or other damage to the client.
  
• Property Services shall carry and have in force the necessary licenses, permits and insurance coverage (personal and property damage).
